Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days starting from the day you receive your order. The 30-day period includes weekends and holidays. Any return request submitted after the 30th day will not be accepted.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused condition: The item must not show any signs of wear, tear, washing, or attempted repair. We check each returned item for evidence of use.
- Original packaging: The item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was sent to you. All original tags, labels, boxes, bags, and accessories must be included and intact.
- Quality defect or damage: Returns are accepted specifically for quality-related issues. This includes manufacturer defects such as broken zippers, loose stitching, missing buttons, defective seams, or damage that occurred before the item was delivered to you. We do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality.
Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Items that show clear signs of customer misuse, including but not limited to stains, tears caused by improper use, pet damage, or washing damage
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear after delivery
- Items that have been altered, modified, or repaired by a third party not authorized by us
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance – No Returns” on the product page at the time of purchase
- Items returned without original packaging or missing tags
Return Shipping Cost
We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible items. When we approve your return request, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no charge to you. You will not pay any shipping fees to return your item. We also do not charge any restocking fee, regardless of the original purchase price.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to the customer service address listed on our website. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a description of the quality issue.
- Attach clear photographs showing the defect or damage. Photos help us verify the issue and speed up the approval process.
- Our customer service team will review your request and respond within one business day. If approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Attach the provided return label to the outside of the package. Make sure to cover or remove any old shipping labels.
- Drop off the package at any authorized drop-off location for the carrier listed on the return label. You do not need to pay for postage.

Please do not send returns to any other address. Returns sent to a different address may not be received or processed.
Refund Process After Return
Once your return package is delivered to our address, the following timeline applies:
- Inspection: Within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your return, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the eligibility conditions described above.
- Approval and processing: If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within the same 1 to 2 business day window.
- Bank processing time: After we process the refund, your financial institution may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account. This timeline varies depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. Examples include:
- The item is returned missing original accessories or packaging
- The item shows minor signs of use that do not qualify as full customer misuse
- The return request is submitted after the 30-day window but within 35 days (partial refund of 50% of the purchase price)
If a partial refund applies, we will notify you by email before processing.
Return Not Approved
If your return does not meet the eligibility conditions, we will notify you by email and explain the reason. You may choose to have the item sent back to you at your own shipping cost, or we may discard the item after 30 days if you do not respond.
