Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for all purchases made on this website:

We do not accept American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, wire transfers, checks, money orders, cash, or any other payment method not explicitly listed above.

Payment Security

All payment transactions are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption. This means that when you enter your credit card information or log into PayPal, the data is encrypted before it leaves your browser and cannot be read by unauthorized parties during transmission.

Our payment processing systems are PCI DSS compliant (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We undergo regular security assessments to maintain compliance.

Credit Card Storage

We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Your credit card information is transmitted directly from your browser to our payment processor’s secure servers. We never see or store your complete credit card number. Our system only retains the last four digits of your card and the card type (Visa or MasterCard) for order reference purposes.

PayPal Checkout Process

When you select PayPal as your payment method at checkout:

  1. You will be redirected to PayPal’s secure website. You will see a PayPal login page.
  2. Log into your PayPal account using your email address and password.
  3. Review the payment amount and shipping information displayed on the PayPal page.
  4. Confirm the payment. You may choose to pay from your PayPal balance or from a credit/debit card linked to your account.
  5. After you complete the payment, you will be redirected back to our website. You will see an order confirmation page.
  6. You will also receive a confirmation email from PayPal and a separate order confirmation email from us.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with PayPal. When redirected to PayPal, you may choose the option to “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” without logging into a PayPal account. This option allows you to enter your card information directly on PayPal’s secure page.

Billing Address Verification

For credit card payments (Visa and MasterCard), we use AVS (Address Verification System) to reduce fraud. AVS compares the billing address you provide at checkout with the address your bank has on file for that credit card.

If the AVS check fails (for example, if the street number or ZIP code does not match), we may:

  • Cancel the order automatically
  • Place the order on hold and contact you for corrected billing information
  • Request additional verification before processing the order

To avoid delays, please ensure that the billing address you enter matches exactly the address your bank has on file for your credit card.

Currency

All prices on this website are listed in US Dollars (USD) . All transactions are processed in US Dollars. We do not accept payments in any other currency. If you are using a credit card issued outside the United States, your bank may convert the transaction amount from US Dollars to your local currency using their own exchange rate. We have no control over exchange rates or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank.

Payment Confirmation

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. This email will contain:

  • Your order number
  • List of items purchased
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • The payment method used (but not the full card number)

If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, contact us using the email address on our Contact page to verify that your order was successfully placed.

Payment Declined

If your payment is declined, the most common reasons are:

  • Insufficient funds in your account
  • Incorrect credit card number, expiration date, or CVV code
  • Billing address does not match the address on file with your bank
  • Your bank declined the transaction for security reasons
  • PayPal account login issues or insufficient PayPal balance

If your payment is declined, we recommend:

  1. Double-check the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address you entered
  2. Contact your bank or credit card issuer to ask why the transaction was declined
  3. For PayPal issues, contact PayPal customer support directly

We cannot override a declined payment or force a transaction to be approved. You may try a different payment method if one is available.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you do not recognize a charge from us on your credit card statement, please contact us first before filing a dispute with your bank. Many unrecognized charges are the result of family members making purchases, or confusion between the billing descriptor and our website name. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you file a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your ability to make future purchases from this website
  • Provide your transaction and communication records to your bank as part of the chargeback defense process
