Product listings on this website are not guarantees that the product is currently in stock. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1 business day.

4. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order through this website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We are not obligated to accept your order.

Order Confirmation:
After you submit an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email is an acknowledgment of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Order Acceptance:
We accept your order when we ship the products to you. At that time, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Until you receive a shipping confirmation email, we may cancel your order for any reason, including:

  • The product is no longer available
  • We cannot verify your billing or shipping information
  • Your payment is declined
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • A pricing or product description error occurred

Order Limits:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that exceeds reasonable quantities of the same product, as determined by us in our sole discretion. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Destinations:
We ship exclusively to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or any other US territories or possessions. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Processing and Delivery Times:
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. After processing, delivery typically takes 4 to 5 business days within the contiguous United States. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

Delivery time estimates are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Cost:
We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. You will not be charged any shipping fees at checkout or after your order is placed.

Title and Risk of Loss:
Title to products passes from us to you when we hand the products to the carrier for delivery. Risk of loss also passes to you at that time. This means that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after the carrier has taken possession of your order. However, if your package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue on your behalf.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the date you received the item
  • The item is unused, unworn, and shows no signs of washing, repair, or alteration
  • The item is returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
  • The return is due to a quality issue, including manufacturer defects or damage that occurred before delivery

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged by customer misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modification
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance – No Returns” on the product page at the time of purchase
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing tags
  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day window

Return Shipping:
For approved returns due to quality issues, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We do not charge restocking fees.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 1 to 2 business days. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7 to 10 business days to post the credit to your account.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds by check, store credit, gift card, or any other method.

We use Address Verification System (AVS) for credit card transactions. Your billing address must match the address your bank has on file for your credit card. If the AVS check fails, we may cancel your order or place it on hold pending verification.

Payment Declined:
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. We do not store declined orders for retry. You must submit a new order with corrected payment information.

Fraud Prevention:
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or associated with fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order for this reason, we will notify you and issue a refund if your payment was already processed.
